We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch — we'll do our best to help.

Changed your mind? You're welcome to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us first and we'll send you a returns authorisation along with the return address. Return postage is at your own cost.

Something went wrong? If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
